01Agreement
By creating a store or using any part of the service, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
02Your account
Give accurate details when you sign up and keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity in your account, including activity by staff you add.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to open a store.
03Your store and products
You own your store content: photos, product names, descriptions and prices. You give us permission to host, display and process that content only to run your store and the features you use.
You are responsible for what you sell and how you describe it. Check every AI suggestion before publishing, and only state materials, origins or certifications such as "pure silk" or "GI-tagged" that you can support.
- Do not sell items that are illegal, counterfeit, or banned by the payment, courier or social platforms you use.
- Do not copy other sellers' photos or designs without permission.
- Do not use the service to send spam or unwanted messages.
04AI features
AI Catalogue Maker produces suggestions. They may contain mistakes, and they are not published until you approve them. You remain responsible for the final listing.
05Payments to your store
Online payments are processed by licensed payment partners under their own terms, including their KYC checks and settlement schedules. We do not hold or settle seller funds.
Gateway fees are charged by the payment partner. We do not charge a commission on your sales.
You are responsible for refunds, returns and any taxes due on your sales.
06Shipping
Ship It connects you with courier partners. Delivery times, liability for lost or damaged parcels and COD remittance follow each courier's terms. We help you raise and track claims.
08Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, in US dollars, plus applicable taxes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your dashboard. Fees already paid are covered by the Refund Policy.
If a payment fails, we will remind you and give you time to update your details before limiting paid features. Your store data is not deleted for a failed payment.
09Service availability
We work to keep stores online at all times, but cannot promise the service will never be interrupted. We will tell you in advance about planned maintenance that affects checkout.
10Ending your use
You can close your store at any time and export your data first. We may suspend or close a store that breaks these terms, puts shoppers at risk or harms the platform, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
11Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Assam, India.
07Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook
When you use Social Shop, you must also follow the commerce and messaging rules of those platforms. We are not responsible for decisions those platforms make about your accounts.
